What Is Better For You Coffee Or Diet Soda
Are there any real evidence to show that water is better for you?
Are there any evidence other than what’s made up by the psudo-scientists on TV and internet that drinking water is better for you than drinking tea, coffee, or diet sodas?
Isn’t diet sodas, tea, an coffee 99.9% water!!!
Water is the purest liquid and the simplest drink that our body’s need. It has nothing in it, no sugar, no added chemicals, so it is the healthiest drink we can ingest. And our body directly needs H20, so instead of having your kidneys sort out all of these harmful things in other drinks, drinking water can be used directly by the rest of your body. Drinking water can give you kidneys a break, helped normal daily function like eyesight, and even help you skin look clearer. Its not just about digestion or something.
P.S- green tea is not bad for you its in fact really good for you, but it also has excess sugar, depending on what brand you by. And you can drink other drinks, but water is the best and the most effective drink to drink. ![]()
If you do drink water more than you will feel personally alot better, trust me my doctor told me i wasnt drinking nearly enough water, so i started drink some after i got up, before bed and with my meals, and then drank the other stuff in between, and i felt so much better, i still do!!!!
