Your Questions About Coffee Types Guide

Lizzie asks…
can a sole proprietorship can be transfer to a corporation after years if income growth comes?
i’m planning to have a coffee shop business but i will get my capital investment to my relative and will use it for a sole proprietorship since i can borrow at least half a million of pesos. starting a small coffee shop will do targeting teenagers. i’m wondering if i can transfer a sole proprietorship business into a corporation type? please guide me

Brian answers:
Think of the capital that will be required for your business. If you can mobilise yourself, all the capital needed, you can carry it on in the proprietary form itself for any length of time, irrespective of income growth. If need arises, complying with the requirements, you can register your business as a corporate body any time. Naturally, when the capital is contributed by many, the profit will also get distributed.
